Our business scope encompasses the distribution of New Energy Vehicles, provision of EV charging solutions, electronic parts and mobility solutions, finance and insurance services, retailing of accessories and merchandise, monitoring data services for customers as well as the latest technology in EV design and manufacturing.
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with sales team, marketing team and other key stakeholders to develop effective strategies and plan for forecasting, planning, and ordering.
- Analyze market trends, historical data and other relevant factors to develop accurate sales forecasts.
- Monitor and evaluate stock inventory levels, identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend actions to optimize stock turnover and minimize holding costs.
- Developing a policy related to planning and ordering.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies and initiatives.
- Identify areas for cost reduction to optimize procurement processes, streamline workflows and improve resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales planning strategies aligned with company goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in sales planning or a related role, with a proven track record of success in the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
