Job Purpose:
- Support the organization within every area of Security, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) of the mall.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages the outsourced security guards who ensure the protection of the mall.
- Coordinate with Protective Security Department of Sime Darby Property Berhad in terms of Auxiliary Police arrangement of the mall.
- Develops and enforces security procedures and regulations in the mall.
- Develop short, middle and long-term strategy for continuous improvement in operations of the mall.
- Manage performance through KPI development and tracking for all outsourced service providers.
- Responsible for the overall CAPEX and OPEX budget planning.
- To implement and enforce house rules and regulations for effective operation.
- Responsible for leading the safety and security department to ensure on smooth operations.
- Ability to write report and communicate clearly business and technical concept is advantageous.
- Have the ability to bring out the best in co-workers and to motivate and develop the co-worker.
Education/Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Protective Security, law, HRM or any related security and safety field with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Minimum 5- 10 years experience

Governance, Risk and Integrity:
Understand at minimal:
- The Group and BU/OU/Support Department governance structure and process;
- BU/OU/Support Department operating parameters;
- Laws, rules and regulations impacting BU/OU/Support Department area of operations;
- The Group's principles and requirements of the Group's Code of Business Conduct (COBC), Group Policies and Authorities (GPA) and related policies and procedures.
- The basic application of risk management in the BU/OU/Support Department area of operations;

Risk Management
- Speak up and make the necessary reports of breaches to the requirements after becoming aware of it. The said report should be sufficiently complete, accurate and timely to enable appropriate management decision making.
- The Group and/or the BU/OU/Support Department Integrity related programs and activities
- The performance, monitoring and execution of risk management activities in the area of operations as guided by the risk management guidelines, to ensure the Group and/or BU/OU/Support Department objectives are achieved.
