Job Summary
This role oversees Plant activities within Operation Engineering, Facilities, and Maintenance, aiming to advance the company's objectives toward operational excellence. It holds responsibility for the overall effectiveness of the operations organization, its resources, manufacturing processes, facility infrastructure, and maintenance systems. Leading a team of professionals, mentoring direct reports, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders are integral aspects of the position.
Key responsibilities include strategic planning, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing manufacturing engineering, facilities, maintenance, and plant-level operational programs/systems. The role ensures reliable equipment performance, effective preventive maintenance, safe and compliant facility operations, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization

Support execution of engineering, facilities, and maintenance action plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams on priorities, resource needs, schedule changes, and implementation
- risks.
Facilitate and support the plant Business Plan, including process improvement, reliability improvement, facilities upgrades, energy management, automation, and operational excellence initi
- atives.
Serve as a key member of the Plant Leadership Team by providing guidance, communicating effectively, and collaborating with local, regional, and global
- leaders.
Act as the single point of contact for local, regional, or global projects related to industrial engineering, process engineering, facilities, utilities, equipment, and maintenance
- systems.
Collaborate with PD&L and Operations teams to support flawless execution of new standard product introduction, including equipment readiness, process capability, layout, tooling, utilities, and maintenance req
- uirements.
Collaborate in designing, planning, and executing the plant operation strategy, including capacity planning, layout planning, facilities readiness, maintenance strategy, and long-term operational

Identify, lead, coordinate, and implement innovation, automation, digitalization, reliability, and facilities improveme

Apply Lean principles and continuous improvement approaches to establish best-in-class equipment layout, process flow, material flow, information flow, workstation design, and maintenance a

Proactively develop and maintain a high-performing team that provides engineering, facilities, and maintenance support to the plant. Identify and create methods to improve team performance, equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and plant
- profitability.
Guide, lead, and coach each member of his team according to Impact Coaching approach. Mentors the Engineers / direct report to ensure that policies and procedures are followed, performances reviews completed, employees developed, development plants are in place, records maintained, and necessary actions are taken to ensure an
effective staff.
Qualifications
- & RequirementsBachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing engineering, facilities management, or similar required. Advanced technical
- degree is a plus.Extensive experience in operation engineering, manufacturing engineering, facilities, maintenance, equipment reliability, or related manufacturing
- support functions.More than 8 years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment, including managerial-lev
