What would you do

  • Ensure all settlement transaction are capture & recorded in ERP system accordingly & reconciled on daily basis.
  • Ensure settlement files are validated & reconcile prior to settlement send for approval.
  • Proactively check and investigate exceptional transaction from the settlement reconciliation.
  • Follow up on payment, invoice & supporting document from Finance/ Customer (if require).
  • Ensure settlement are process accurately and timely as per agreement with merchant SLA.
  • Ensure all trackers & reports related to settlement are updated daily basis.
  • Perform and update any relevant reports to Senior Manager and/or to other Business Unit function and perform analysis (when & if required).
  • Follow up issue (if any) accordingly.
  • Provide support to other Business Unit.
  • Proactively escalate issue to Senior Manager.
  • Continuously looking for process improvement and opportunities to improve business.
  • Support & guide team member.

Who should join us

  • Possess tertiary or professional qualification from recognized institution specializing in Business Administration, Finance/Account or related Professional Certification.
  • 6 years working experience in Finance operation management, preferably in the retail services or banking industry.
  • Demonstrable ability to handle assignment.
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong planning, analytical, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
  • Willing to work irregular hours when necessary and open to learning and facing new challenges.
  • Strong command of written and oral English.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team and handle multiple projects.
  • Possess good communication styles and able to leverage on team's abilities.
  • Meticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Project & Excel.
  • Motivation to continuously improve one's self.
