About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning

• Facilitate annual and long-term strategic planning exercises.
• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and internal capability analyses.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and roadmaps.
• Support executive management in strategy formulation and decision-making.

2. Performance Management

• Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards for charging installation operations and service delivery.
• Monitor charging installer performance against agreed targets, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational standards.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews to assess installer productivity, quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify performance gaps, operational bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.

3. Supply Chain Management

• Support the development and execution of supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor supply chain performance, including inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and operational efficiency metrics.
• Analyze demand trends, supply risks, and capacity planning to support business continuity.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory management, lead time, cost efficiency, and service levels.

4. Business Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze business trends, operational metrics, and supply chain data.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience on supplier/vendor management, operations, performance management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in performance reporting, dashboard development, and management reporting.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience in managing installers, contractors, or service providers, including performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong strategic planning, process optimization, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate operational insights into actionable recommendations for management.
