Role Description

This full-time Manager position is an on-site role based in Setia Alam, Selangor. The Manager will oversee hospital operations to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services, maintain compliance with international healthcare standards, and ensure patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, developing and implementing operational strategies, analyzing performance metrics, managing resources, and fostering a collaborative work environment. This role also involves working closely with hospital stakeholders to optimize workflows and implementing initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills to manage teams and operational workflows
  • Proficiency in healthcare management, project management, and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered service
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics, develop strategies, and implement process improvements
  • Experience in compliance with international healthcare quality and safety standards
  • Relevant experience in healthcare or hospital administration is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with medical technologies and hospital operational software is a plus
  • Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and culturally diverse work environment
  • Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage
