Role Overview
We are looking for a Market Development Representative to support lead generation and customer engagement for our technology solutions. You will connect with potential customers, qualify leads, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and campaigns
- Qualify prospects and identify business needs
- Generate and nurture leads for the sales team
- Support marketing campaigns across APAC region
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM
- Stay updated on industry trends and company solutions
- Achieve quarterly targets for qualified pipeline generation
- Prepare regular activity and forecast reports
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in APAC markets.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication in English (both spoken and written)
- Comfortable engaging with both business and technical stakeholders
- Basic understanding of IT / technology solutions is an advantage
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
