Job Description:

  • Drive and scale sellers cross-border growth from origin markets to other Shopee markets by managing commercial operations across multiple markets
  • Plan and execute impactful marketing initiatives targeting SIP sellers, aligned with the e-commerce calendar (e.g., mega sales, seasonal promotions, product launches), ensuring timely launches and smooth execution across the Shopee platform
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within financial targets
  • Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks across campaign execution, seller issues, or market-specific barriers, ensuring resolution with minimal business disruption
  • Analyse and build deep market insights and tailor localised strategies to maximise seller performance across different regions
  • Support strategic projects by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the region to drive business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business Management
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management with the ability to influence their decision-making
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (optional) to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from Asia
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in campaign analytics, KPIs, and ROI tracking, with data-driven mindset
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects/markets and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment
