Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur for the role of Market Manager. The Market Manager will oversee managing relationships with hospitality partners to grow their visibility, revenue, and performance on the MakeMyTrip platform. Key responsibilities include negotiating commercial agreements, expanding the portfolio of properties, ensuring inventory and pricing competitiveness, and analyzing market trends to optimize business opportunities. The role also requires collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, delivering insights, and implementing strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Account Management, Relationship Building, and Partner Engagement
• Experience in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
• Skills in Negotiation, Business Development, and Revenue Management
• Knowledge of the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industry is highly advantageous
• Excellent communication (Malay & English) and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
