Position Summary
The Marketing & Admissions Executive/Assistant (Mandarin speaking) is responsible for driving student enrolment growth, managing admissions processes, and supporting marketing initiatives to strengthen the brand presence of SRI BESTARI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (SBIS).
The role requires strong communication skills to effectively engage with Mandarin/English & other-language-speaking parents and international prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Student Recruitment
- Execute marketing strategies to achieve student enrolment targets.
- Manage enquiries from prospective parents (local and international).
- Conduct school tours and provide detailed programme briefings.
- Represent SBIS at education fairs, school events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain and follow up on leads via CRM, phone, email, and social media.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media and online campaigns.
Admissions Administration
- Process student applications and ensure completeness of documentation.
- Coordinate placement assessments and interview arrangements.
- Issue offers letters and manage enrolment documentation.
- Maintain accurate student admissions records.
- Liaise with the finance department on fee confirmation and payment tracking.
- Ensure compliance with school admission policies and procedures.
- Assist with the front desk when necessary or required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, admissions, or student recruitment (experience in education industry preferred).
- Experience in international school admissions will be an advantage.
- Experience handling international student visa applications is an added advantage.
