Marketing & Brand Executive
WFH | Full-Time (KL & Selangor) Occasional travel within Malaysia or overseas for events and activations
Position Overview
We are looking for a digitally savvy, execution-focused marketer to own the marketing operations across two brands — K Booster, our Korean aesthetic skincare brand, and THIRDAY, our faith-inspired streetwear label. You will work directly with the CEO to drive digital campaigns, manage sales channels, coordinate KOLs, and liaise with brand stakeholders across both labels.
This is a hands-on execution role. You will be managing campaigns, events, e-commerce, KOL coordination, and partner communications across both brands.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaigns & Paid Ads
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for both brands aligned to product launches, events, and key brand moments
- Set up, manage, and optimise Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns to drive awareness and sales
- Monitor campaign performance, compile regular reports, and recommend optimisations based on data
- Develop platform-specific content strategies tailored to each brand's audience and identity
E-Commerce & Website Management
- Manage e-commerce operations across all channels — website, Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon
- Handle product listings, pricing updates, and promotional mechanics for both brands
- Track sales performance and identify conversion improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with platforms on campaign participation and visibility initiatives
KOL & Community Management
- Own the end-to-end KOL programme across both brands — identification, outreach, briefing, gifting, and performance tracking
- Liaise with PR and KOL agencies on deliverables and timelines
- Maintain a live KOL database and track content performance consistently
- Support community building and social media engagement to foster a growing brand community
Stakeholder & Partner Coordination
- Liaise with Korea HQ and Hong Kong partner on campaign alignment, product updates, materials, and event communications — primarily via WhatsApp
- Coordinate with THIRDAY's designers, manufacturers, and production partners on marketing timelines and brand asset requirements
- Track deliverables, approvals, and launch timelines across all parties
- Escalate key decisions and issues to CEO promptly
Apparel Shoot Coordination
- Coordinate THIRDAY apparel shoots — scheduling, logistics, shot list preparation, and team briefing
- Work closely with the Designer to ensure the shoot delivers on-brand visual content
- Ensure all content assets are delivered on time and properly organised post-shoot
Events & Activations:
- Support the planning and on-ground execution of K Booster workshops and offline events
- Support THIRDAY pop-up stores and brand activations
- Assist with logistics, collateral, and post-event content coordination
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or e-commerce, preferably in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or fashion
- Hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, or equivalent)
- Experience managing KOL or influencer programmes
· Strong project coordination - able to manage multiple brands and workstreams simultaneously without prompting
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) - preferred for regional partner communication
· Comfortable working independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision
· Willing to attend events, shoots, and activations onsite when required
