We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1.E-Commerce Platform Management:
- Execute in-channel marketing strategies on Lazada & Shopee (SPM, vouchers, flash sales, live streams).
- Optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, visuals) to improve conversion.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance (traffic, CTR, conversion rates).
2.Campaign Coordination:
- Plan and assist in platform-specific campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, Mega Sales).
- Liaise with Lazada/Shopee account managers for promotional opportunities.
3.Digital Marketing:
- Manage social media ads and platform-paid tools (e.g., Lazada Sponsored Products, Shopee Ads).
- Coordinate with influencers/KOLs for marketplace promotions.
4.Content & Design:
- Create platform-specific content (banners, videos, GIFs) tailored to Lazada/Shopee guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketplace assets.
5.Analytics & Reporting:
- Track sales, traffic, and ROI using Lazada Seller Center / Shopee Seller Hub / Google analytics and Meta.
- Propose data-driven optimizations for listings and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-4 years in marketing, with hands-on Lazada/Shopee in-channel marketing
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Shopify/ Lazada/Shopee Seller Centers (SPM, ads, voucher setup).
- Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) for marketplace assets.
- Analytical skills (Google Analytics, platform dashboards).
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese a plus for Chinese-market campaigns).
