About The Role
We are looking for a high-energy Marketing Campaigns Team Lead to join our Global Promotions team. In this role, you will be the architect of the end-to-end promotional lifecycletaking ownership from initial ideation and opt-in flow design to execution, real-time optimization, and strategic post-mortems.
As a key driver for our priority overseas markets, you will design integrated digital strategies that move the needle on acquisition, activation, and long-term retention for our trading products. This is a role for a marketer who pairs creative growth strategies with the operational rigor to manage complex internal stakeholders and cross-functional roll-outs.
Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Campaign Leadership: Spearhead the full lifecycle of digital initiatives across priority international markets, focusing on both cold-start launches and high-velocity conversion campaigns.
- Full-Funnel Growth Strategy: Develop multi-channel journeys (App, Web, CRM, Social) designed to convert leads into active, funded trading accounts.
- Incentive Architecture & Budgeting: Design and implement tailored promotional mechanics, including CFD-specific bonuses, credits, cashback, and referral programs.
- Performance Accountability: Anchor every campaign to hard KPIs, specifically focusing on First-Time Deposits (FTD), Funded Account growth, and Notional Trading Volume.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the central node between Product, Compliance, Tech, and Regional teams to ensure seamless, compliant, and timely promotional launches.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze trading patterns and user behavior to refine audience segmentation, execute A/B testing, and maximize total ROI.
- Integrity & Risk Management: Proactively design anti-gaming frameworks to prevent bonus abuse and wash trading, collaborating with Tech and Compliance for rapid risk mitigation.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in user growth or campaign management, with a proven track record of owning projects from the whiteboard phase to final reporting.
- Domain Expertise: A deep understanding of CFD products, trader segmentation, and the nuances of financial regulatory environments across different regions.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills; fluency in English is required, and proficiency in another APAC language (e.g., Chinese or Malay) is a major plus for regional collaboration.
- Operational Excellence: High attention to detail with the ability to build robust monitoring controls and risk frameworks.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of Microsoft Excel and the broader Office suite; comfortable navigating fast-paced, tech-heavy environments.
- Mindset: A proactive, growth-oriented professional who balances strategic thinking with a get-it-done attitude.
