About the Unit:
Communications department are responsible for CRMY's varied and integrated communications products and services including: newsletters and other print publications; Web, E-news and other online communications including social media and digital presence such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked-In and Twitter; and marketing.
On top of that, the department team need to cultivate strong relationship with the media and CRMY's stakeholders such as donors, partners, volunteers, and research participants.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Creative design for online and print e.g. email html design, e-booklets, event backdrops, posters, merchandise etc.
- Support with event photography or videography (on-site event crew)
- Able to comply with CRMY branding (colours, fonts) and design guidelines (after being briefed and by referring to existing examples)
- Any other admin tasks supporting the team
Technical skills :
- Adobe Creative suite
- Canva Pro
- Microsoft Office
- Capcut (is a plus)
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holders graduate with Business/Marketing/Mass Comm/Broadcasting/Designing or any related background.
- Candidate that possesses Graphic Design or Video Editing Skills are a plus point.
- A team player with good confidence and sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in English
- The ability to prioritize own workload and meet up deadlines of each work/project.
- Adopts a proactive attitude to work.
- Assumes full responsibilities within role.
