Role Overview
At Thousands of Years Media Sdn. Bhd. (ToYm), we are looking for a Marketing Director to lead the company's overall marketing direction and execution. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive customer acquisition, increase audience engagement, and support revenue growth across the company's various business divisions and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee branding, digital marketing, social media, content marketing, public relations, and promotional campaigns.
• Drive audience growth, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Oversee website, social media, SEO, performance marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Manage marketing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Work closely with Sales, Creative, Production, Technology, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain brand consistency across all company platforms and communications.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
• Experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation, content generation, analytics, and campaign optimization is an advantage.
• Able to multitask and provide support for any tasks or projects assigned by the company as needed.
