Role Description The Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kulim. This role involves planning and executing marketing activities that promote the company's OSH and Travel Health services to existing and potential clients. The Marketing Executive will conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and business growth. Daily tasks include developing marketing plans and materials, coordinating sales and promotional campaigns, managing communication with clients and partners, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. The role also includes monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead generation, client engagement, and conversion efforts.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Experience in healthcare, OSH, or related service industries is a plus.
