Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive based in Malaysia to support our regional marketing initiatives across Singapore market.

This is a fully remote position where you'll gain hands-on experience across B2B marketing, event management, partner marketing, digital campaigns, demand generation, and marketing operations. Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and executive roundtables from planning through post-event reporting.
2. Coordinate event logistics, registrations, vendors, speakers, marketing collateral, and attendee communications.
3. Create marketing content including EDMs, LinkedIn posts, blog articles, customer success stories, and website content.
4. Manage and update the company website to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
5. Execute email marketing and lead generation campaigns to support the sales pipeline and customer engagement.
6. Collaborate with Google Cloud, strategic partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders on joint marketing initiatives.
7. Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and prepare reports on key marketing metrics and ROI.
8. Prepare and manage Google Partner funding claims, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and timely reimbursement.
9. Coordinate with sales and technical teams to develop campaigns that support business objectives and product launches.
10. Stay up to date with industry trends, cloud technologies, and AI solutions to support marketing strategy and content development.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology, cloud, SaaS, or IT industry.
• Experience managing events, webinars, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience using marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud, AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
