Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Marketing Executive who is passionate about marketing and eager to contribute in a dynamic environment.

Job Description:

1. Develop, execute, and oversee holistic marketing campaigns & strategies to drive the business growth of ERS Group of Companies in the following mediums, but not limited to: -

• Digital
• Social media
• Events
• Public relations

2. Conduct, tabulate, analyze and report research data to identify and define audiences, market trends and opportunities for promotional purposes.

3. Support on-site event organization by assisting with branding, setup, and dismantling to ensure smooth and successful execution.

4. Monitor budget expenditures and allocations precisely, optimizing resource utilization and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

5. Assist with any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills (written & oral).
• Strategic thinking with proven experience of developing and implementing effective and integrated brand plans.
• Independent, proactive, professional and able to work with minimum supervision.

Qualification:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a background in events and campaign execution.
