We're Hiring: Marketing Executive

Salary Range: RM 3,500 – RM 5,500

GENOMAS is looking for a driven and capable Marketing Executive to manage and execute the company's end-to-end marketing activities, with a strong focus on B2C strategy, market development, and brand growth within the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the overall marketing function of the company, covering strategic planning and day-to-day marketing activities.
• Develop, plan, and implement the annual marketing calendar every month, aligning with business objectives and product milestones.
• Lead B2C marketing strategy and campaign execution, including market analysis, consumer targeting, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate and liaise with digital advertising agencies and vendors for paid media, social media, and performance marketing initiatives.
• Execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including social media, email marketing, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with health and wellness industry partners to support integrated marketing and market expansion initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Proven experience in end-to-end marketing management, from strategy to execution and reporting.
• Strong exposure to B2C marketing strategy and market development, preferably within the health and wellness
• Experience working with external agencies and partners.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Preferably Chinese or able to communicate in Mandarin, to effectively engage with partners, vendors, and target markets.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
