Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of experience to support the execution of regional marketing initiatives. This role will focus on digital marketing, event coordination, and content execution, supporting campaigns across multiple Southeast Asia markets. The role requires up to 25% travel across Southeast Asia to support marketing events, customer engagements, and regional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms
- Support lead generation campaigns and nurture activities
- Manage marketing automation tasks such as EDM creation and campaign setup
- Track and monitor campaign performance metrics
- Maintain campaign tracking using UTM links and reporting dashboards
- Assist with SEO/GEO optimisation activities
Website & Content Management
- Manage and update website content using WordPress CMS
- Upload blog articles, landing pages, and campaign assets
- Ensure website content is updated and optimised
- Support internal linking and SEO best practices
Event & Regional Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing regional marketing events across Southeast Asia
- Coordinate event logistics, vendor communication, and attendee tracking
- Support on-site event execution when required
- Manage pre-event promotions and post-event follow-ups
- Assist with webinar setup and execution
- Travel up to 25% across Southeast Asia to support regional marketing activities
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing execution or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS
- Basic knowledge of SEO / GEO principles
- Experience supporting marketing events or webinars
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across regional markets
- Willingness to travel up to 25% across Southeast Asia
