Marketing Support & Campaign Execution

· Assist in implementing marketing plans and activities set by the Sales & Marketing Manager.

· Coordinate campaign deliverables, deadlines, and execution across digital and offline channels.

· Support ongoing marketing initiatives including promotions, resident events, roadshows, and partnerships.

Content Creation (English & Chinese)

· Create clear and compelling content for social media, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and website updates.

· Develop and localise engaging content for Chinese-language platforms (e.g., REDBOOK/XiaoHongShu, WeChat where applicable).

· Ensure all content aligns with Pacific Senior Living's brand tone and visual guidelines.

Digital & Social Media Management

·  Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement across all PSL social media pages.

·  Grow and maintain PSL's presence on Chinese social platforms.

·  Monitor comments, messages, and basic inquiries to ensure timely responses.

·  Support basic lead tracking from digital platforms and flag warm enquiries to the sales team

·  Assist in maintaining consistent brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints.

·  Track digital metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and highlight trends to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Community & Event Support

· Assist in event execution including resident events, health talks, anniversaries, roadshows, and community engagements.

·  Liaise with vendors, promoters, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.

·  Represent Pacific Senior Living professionally at external events when required.

Basic Reporting & Administration

·  Compile weekly updates on social media performance and content engagement.

·  Maintain trackers for marketing materials and event logistics.

·  Provide administrative support such as preparing basic reports and organising files.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Market Planning and Market Research
  • Ability to produce Chinese-language content (Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in Marketing and Sales to drive business growth
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective client and team interactions
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the healthcare or senior living industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
