Role Overview
KKday is looking for a Marketing Executive to support regional marketing operations across SEA and other western markets. This role will focus on managing own channel assets, supporting campaign setup, creating marketing content with AI tools, and optimizing campaign performance through coupons, A/B testing, and basic data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing execution across SEA and English-speaking markets.
- Manage and update KKday own channel assets, including homepage, category page, product page, CRM, and other web and app placements.
- Setup and optimize own channel campaigns for stronger market personalization.
- Liaise with GC & BD team for suitable deals base on market need and campaign use to improve conversion rate.
- Coordinate with internal teams including earn, and paid team for traffic exposure and campaign alignment.
- Support coupon setup for regional and market-level campaigns, including promo code creation, checking, and tracking.
- Assist in A/B testing for campaign optimization, including copy, banners, CTA, coupon mechanics, product placement, and CRM content.
- Use AI tools to support marketing content creation, including campaign copy, CRM copy, banner headlines, landing page content, and localization drafts.
- Track basic campaign performance data, including traffic, clicks, CTR, conversion, coupon usage, and bookings, and share simple insights for improvement.
Requirements
- Based in Malaysia.
- Related background in Tourism or E-commerce (>1 year)
- Good understanding of own channel marketing, including homepage, category page, product page, CRM, app push, and email.
- Comfortable using AI tools for marketing content creation.
- Data-driven, superior attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling campaign setup, coupon setup, links, copy, and market customization.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Fluent in English & Chinese
