Job Description
We are looking for an outgoing, talkative, and camera-confident Marketing Executive to be the driving force behind our brand's presence. You will handle customer engagement, social media, video content, live sessions and take ownership of marketing projects and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management – Manage and execute content across different company social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). Post engaging content including videos, infographics, stories and product highlights.
- Video Content & Live Streaming – Appear in videos for product explainers, FAQs, and brand storytelling. Host live sessions (if capable) to engage customers, answer questions and drive sales.
- Content Creation – Prepare information sheets, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, social media captions and basic video edits. Write articles or advertisements for social media.
- Customer Enquiries – Handle new customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing product information, nutrition-based responses (where relevant) and basic sales support.
- Event Support – Attend and support marketing events, roadshows, exhibitions, or wellness programs. Assist in setup, customer engagement and on-ground promotions.
- Sales & Marketing Support – Gather market intelligence, execute marketing strategies to improve sales performance and follow up with clients to achieve monthly targets.
- Project Leadership – Lead marketing projects from planning to execution, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
- Ad-hoc Tasks – Willing to take on other duties as assigned from time to time by Superior.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Nutrition, Food Science, Dietitian, or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-year relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome if confident on camera and proactive).
- Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (to engage with a wide range of customers).
- Skills:
- Comfortable appearing on video and speaking naturally
- Basic video editing and content creation skills (e.g., CapCut, Canva)
- Outgoing, talkative, and customer-friendly personality
- Good project coordination and leadership ability
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Basic to intermediate design skills
- Multitasking and independent working style
- Proactive, responsible, able to work independently, and willing to attend events (some weekends may be required).
