Marketing Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Shah Alam with SUMMIT ENERGY RESOURCES. The Marketing Executive will support the development and execution of marketing plans, including campaign coordination, content preparation, and promotional activities across relevant channels. Responsibilities include conducting market research, tracking competitor activity, analyzing customer and market data, and preparing reports to support strategic decisions. The role involves coordinating closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives, assisting in organizing events or client engagements, and maintaining consistent brand messaging. The Marketing Executive will also collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and coordinate Market Planning and Marketing activities to support business objectives.
• Strong Market Research skills, including data collection, analysis, and reporting on market trends and customer behavior.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal collaboration and external engagement.
• Experience supporting Sales initiatives, including campaign follow-up, lead coordination, and client communication.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in basic office and presentation software; familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Shah Alam, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a marketing or sales support role within the energy or industrial sector is beneficial.
