Our Program
The XFA Internship Program is designed to provide hands-on, real-world experience designed for students and fresh graduates who are eager to explore career pathways in the financial industry. This program equips interns with practical skills, growth opportunities, and leadership exposure.
We are hiring for two exciting roles:
1) Sales & Marketing Intern:
- Marketing & Content Creation –Support the development of digital content including posters, short videos, presentations, and campaign materials.
- Social Media Management – Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Event Planning & Execution – Coordinate and support company events, appreciation campaigns, and educational talks
- Market Research & Strategy – Research target markets and audience trends to support marketing direction
- Digital Presence Development – Contribute ideas and creative efforts to strengthen Xenwealth's online presence and engagement.
- Client Engagement Support – Assist with communication follow-ups, inquiries, and relationship-building activities.
- Business Exposure – Gain insights into business development, teamwork, and professional growth within a financial advisory environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized, reliable, and proactive mindset
- Analytical with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with Canva, Capcut or any creator tools is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
- Positive team player attitude
