Job Description

What You'll Do

Growth and Marketing Operations

• Plan and execute user acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns

• Own the full campaign lifecycle: ideation, launch, optimization, and reporting

• Drive product adoption and transaction volume for card and payment business.

• Continuously test and iterate on offers, messaging, and channels

Regional Marketing Strategy

• Define and execute regional growth strategies across markets

• Adapt global initiatives to local user behavior and market dynamics

• Run 360 campaigns across CRM, social, paid media, and in-app channels

Product and Campaign GTM

• Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and market expansions

• Translate product capabilities into clear and compelling user value propositions

• Design and execute launch campaigns that drive real product usage

Performance and Optimization

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data and user insights

• Identify funnel bottlenecks across acquisition, activation, and usage

• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion and retention

Market Awareness and Agility

• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts

• Adapt strategies quickly in a dynamic environment

What We're Looking For

Core Skills

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Proven experience in campaign execution and product or campaign GTM

• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance and act on it

• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong stakeholder management across product, regional, and marketing teams

• Clear and effective communication skills

Additional Skills

• Strong understanding of growth funnels, from acquisition to activation and retention

• Experience in fintech, payments, or high-frequency consumer products

• Ability to prioritize and focus on high-impact initiatives

• Hands-on experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing

• Strong problem-solving mindset with a test and learn approach

• Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

• Willingness to execute and get things done, not just plan
