Job Description



The Marketing Manager will lead AWSAs marketing strategy to strengthen its position as a trusted water solutions provider in Asia. This role involves driving brand visibility, supporting business development through marketing initiatives, and promoting AWSAs products and services to government agencies, utilities, industrial clients, and corporate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Branding

Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with AWSAs growth objectives.

Position AWSA as a leader in innovative and sustainable water solutions.

Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.

Business Development Support

Work closely with the sales team to prepare marketing collaterals, tender documents, and presentations.

Identify market opportunities in water treatment, NRW reduction, and smart water solutions.

Support lead generation through targeted campaigns, events, and partnerships.

Digital & Content Marketing

Manage AWSAs website, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Develop technical articles, case studies, and client success stories to build thought leadership.

Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to reach key decision-makers.

Events & Stakeholder Engagement

Organize participation in industry exhibitions, seminars, and conferences.

Strengthen relationships with government bodies, regulators, and industry associations.

Develop CSR and sustainability communication initiatives to enhance AWSAs reputation.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.

Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in engineering, utilities, or environmental solutions.

Strong understanding of water treatment technologies and sustainability trends (advantageous).

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, Google Analytics, etc.).

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
