Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager, based in Iskandar Puteri. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, promote services, and increase patient engagement. Day-to-day tasks include planning and overseeing promotional campaigns, managing online and offline marketing channels, building partnerships, analyzing marketing performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values. Leading a dedicated team, the Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive impactful marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong marketing strategy and campaign management skills, with experience in both traditional and digital marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in managing social media, digital marketing efforts, and data-driven marketing tools to maximize audience engagement.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and an ability to produce compelling content and materials.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a talent for measuring and optimizing campaign performance metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; an MBA would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in healthcare marketing or a related industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in demanding environments and meet deadlines.
