We're looking for a Marketing Manager – Delivery & Communications to join our Kuala Lumpur team and help deliver world‑class fitness experiences across Southeast Asia and Australia. 

About the Role 

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role is responsible for the execution, coordination, and quality control of marketing campaigns and communications across Les Mills Asia Pacific. You'll work closely with the Marketing Director and Digital Growth Manager to translate agreed strategy and campaign direction into clear delivery plans, timelines, and high‑quality outputs — ensuring day‑to‑day marketing execution runs smoothly, predictably, and at scale. This is a hands‑on delivery role, well‑suited to a strong operator who enjoys bringing structure, momentum, and confidence to how marketing gets done.

Internally, this role is referred to as Marketing Manager and is accountable for campaign delivery, communications, workflows, and quality assurance. Growth strategy and performance optimisation sit with the Digital Growth Manager.

What You'll Do 

  • Own the delivery of marketing campaigns across launches, training, workshops, events, and partner activity 
  • Translate campaign direction into clear timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and ownership 
  • Own and enforce marketing workflows, including briefs, approvals, localisation, and cross‑functional handovers 
  • Act as the primary quality gate for marketing outputs (EDMs, webpages, campaign messaging, partner assets) 
  • Approve routine campaign outputs and escalate only high‑risk or strategic exceptions 
  • Oversee localisation, translation, and proofreading workflows across markets 
  • Coordinate across Marketing, Operations, Business, People & Culture, and IT to keep delivery on track 
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and communications for key partnerships, including club partners and brand partners such as adidas. 
  • Work closely with Business, Operations and People & Culture teams to translate agreed partnership initiatives into clear delivery plans, timelines, and high‑quality marketing outputs. 
  • Localise and execute global Les Mills social posts and campaign assets for Asia Pacific markets, and deliver UGC‑led social coverage during defined workshop periods (reposting, light overlays, engagement). 
  • Contribute execution and workflow insights to post‑campaign reviews and continuous improvement 
  • Use AI‑enabled tools where appropriate to support content adaptation, localisation, workflow efficiency, and quality control, while maintaining strong human judgement and brand standards. 

What We're Looking For 

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 
  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, communications, or campaign delivery roles 
  • Excellent command of English, verbal and written 
  • Proven experience managing complex campaigns across multiple stakeholders 
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and delivery discipline 
  • Confident coordinating across teams and enforcing agreed processes and timelines 
  • Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools 
  • Bonus: Experience in B2B, service‑based, or multi‑market environments, or familiarity with the fitness industry

Location & Hours

This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur office, conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from an MRT station.
