We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager (Business Consultant) to advise our clients on effective human resources strategies that drive business growth.
Here are the responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the marketing team including content creators, designers, videographers, paid ads specialists, and related roles.
- Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid advertising, email marketing, website, and other online platforms.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, lead conversion, and ROI to improve overall marketing results.
- Build and strengthen the company's brand positioning, messaging, and market presence.
- Collaborate closely with sales, trainers, and management teams to support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
- Manage content planning and marketing calendars for campaigns, launches, events, seminars, workshops, and company programs.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis to identify new business opportunities and marketing improvements.
- Oversee the company's social media strategy to ensure consistent brand communication and audience engagement.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendor coordination, and external agency relationships effectively.
- Ensure all marketing materials, advertisements, and campaigns maintain professional brand standards and consistency.
- Support company events, seminars, networking programs, and business campaigns through strategic promotional activities.
- Create and present marketing reports, insights, and recommendations to management on a regular basis.
- Identify innovative marketing ideas, trends, and growth opportunities to improve company visibility and performance.
- Ensure the marketing team achieves departmental KPIs, timelines, and project deliverables efficiently.
Desired skills & requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing roles.
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and leading a marketing team.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Creative mindset with strong branding and content strategy understanding.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and lead generation strategies.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms.
- Experience in business consulting, training industry, education industry, or service-based company is an added advantage.
- Highly organized, proactive, and result-oriented personality.
