About this Position Leading the Malaysia and Singapore Marketing function and driving business goals through the translation of strategic insights into clear market strategies and activation plans
What Youll Do
- Steers and owns local (Malaysia and Singapore) market strategy in collaboration with the business units and regional market strategy team including identification of long term opportunities
- Steers and owns local (Malaysia and Singapore ) GTM and market positioning strategies in collaboration with the business units
- Steers and owns local market intelligence and uses insights to drive business decisions
- Steers and drives local channel and brand strategy, driving adoption and implementation with local SBUs and in collaboration with regional teams
- Steers and executes local marketing mix including any marketing, advertising and promotional activities Drive innovation activities to meet unmet market needs
- Drives communication and interaction with business and sales leaders and any other relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Steers local cross-strategic business units transformational initiative
- Lead, supervise and mentor local marketing teams
- Responsible for local marketing budget
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum Degree in Business/Marketing or any related field
- Minimum 7-year related experience in Business Development and Marketing
- Experienced developing Go-To-Market strategies and translating the strategies into integrated marketing plans for execution
- Strategic thinking and a team leader, strong communication and influencing skills
