Job Description

Mills Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly growing technology company specializing in data center infrastructure. The company is expanding its regional footprint and is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across Malaysia and APAC. The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities that support the company's growth strategy and strengthen its presence within the Nvidia partner ecosystem.

Duties and Responsibilities:

> Marketing Communications (MARCOM)

  • Develop and roll out marketing communication plans to support product launches, corporate announcements, and key events.
  • Maintain and update marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets while ensuring alignment with Nvidia's branding standards.

> Event & Opportunity Management

  • Coordinate company involvement in Nvidia GTC and other industry opportunities.
  • Plan, prepare for, and attend external exhibitions, trade shows, and partner events together with Nvidia and other strategic partners.
  • Organize internal events and partner-led activities to strengthen brand presence and visibility.

> Marketing Tools & Collateral

  • Keep all marketing tools, content, and assets current, easily accessible, and compliant with partner and corporate guidelines.
  • Create case studies, newsletters, social media content, and other materials to showcase achievements and partner collaborations.

> MDF (Marketing Development Fund) Management

  • Monitor and manage MDF budgets, usage, documentation, and reporting in line with Nvidia program requirements.
  • Work closely with Finance and the Strategic Office to ensure accurate allocation, claims submission, and reimbursement.

>Nvidia Branding & Compliance

  • Ensure all marketing initiatives and materials follow Nvidia branding rules and program specifications.
  • Submit marketing assets and campaigns for Nvidia approval when required.

> Public Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry bodies, and community partners.
  • Prepare and release media announcements, press statements, and corporate updates consistent with company and partner messaging.
  • Support the development of success stories (published or internal-only per Nvidia guidelines).

> Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Sales, Engineering, and Partner Management teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business goals.
  • Provide regular updates to the Strategic Office on campaign performance, event ROI, and brand metrics.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in marketing, MARCOM, or partner marketing, within technology, data center, or semiconductor industries.
  • Experience working with partner-led marketing programs (e.g., Nvidia, Intel, Microsoft) is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of MDF management, partner marketing compliance, and event execution.
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing tracking tools such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills. English and Mandarin speaking proficiency is essential to effectively communicate with clients/stakeholders.
  • Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build effective partner relationships.
  • Willing to travel for exhibitions, roadshows, and partner events.
  • Capable of working under tight timelines and delivering on multiple marketing priorities.
