The Marketing Manager will lead Personal Collections brand management and product marketing pillars. This role will be responsible for shaping PCs brand strategy, driving product positioning, and executing go-to-market plans that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain a consistent brand strategy across all channels and touchpoints.
- Oversee brand storytelling, messaging, and visual identity to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
- Manage SKUs, premium items, and brand partnerships to enhance brand equity and customer experience.
- Monitor brand health metrics and adjust strategies based on insights and market trends.
Product Management & Marketing
- Collaborate with product development teams to define product positioning, value propositions, and differentiation strategies.
- Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, including campaign strategy, collateral, and sales enablement tools.
- Plan, organize, and execute trade marketing activities such as product launch events to drive product visibility and sales in key markets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Drive eCommerce initiatives and manage SEO/SEM campaigns to optimize product visibility and sales.
Marketing Leadership
- Manage and mentor subordinates, fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Oversee marketing planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Ensure alignment between marketing activities and company-wide strategic goals.
Sales Enablement & Support
- Partner with the sales team to create sales materials, presentations, and targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Support key account acquisition and retention strategies through marketing initiatives.
- Track ROI on marketing-to-sales efforts and adjust tactics for maximum impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role overseeing a team.
- Proven track record in brand management and product marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce, SEO/SEM, and social media campaign strategies.
- Experience in training programs and event execution.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience in multi-level marketing is an added advantage.
