Position Summary:
Valiram, Southeast Asia's leading luxury goods and retail specialist, seeks a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Manager to oversee marketing activities across all channels for the Group's beauty or F&B brands. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing budgets, building brand awareness, driving sales, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement 360-degree omnichannel marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty across multiple channels, including stores, e-commerce, marketing communications, customer experience, and trade activities.
- Manage marketing budgets and forecasts to maximize return on investment (ROI) while demonstrating resourcefulness and commercial acumen.
- Stay informed on consumer trends, competitor activities, and the luxury retail landscape to inform strategic decision-making and enhance brand relevance.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments (e.g., sales, PR, operations) and external partners (e.g., agencies, media) to achieve marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns encompassing advertising, public relations, promotional events, and social media initiatives.
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) programs to build and nurture relationships with VIP customers and cultivate a loyal customer base.
- Analyze marketing data and track campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize future strategies.
- Prepare marketing reports for leadership, including post-event analyses and recommendations.
- Represent the brands professionally at industry events, media interviews, and meetings, as authorized.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or F&B industries.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
