About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager - Marketing to lead both offline and digital marketing initiatives for GRANDMAMA's restaurant chain. This role is responsible for driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth through well-planned campaigns, creative execution, and on-ground activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated offline and digital marketing strategies
- Plan, manage and execute the annual marketing calendar, including festive, seasonal and promotional campaigns
- Lead digital marketing initiatives such as social media, content, online advertising and collaborations
- Drive offline marketing activities including in-store promotions, partnerships, events and roadshows
- Organise and manage roadshows, mall activations and brand events to increase brand awareness and footfall
- Oversee the design and development of marketing materials such as menus, posters, signage, EDMs, digital creatives and promotional collaterals
- Work closely with designers, agencies and printers to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency
- Collaborate with operations to ensure consistent brand execution across all outlets
- Analyse campaign performance, customer insights and ROI to optimise marketing effectiveness
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors and external partners
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver impactful results
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 46 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B or retail
- Strong experience in offline marketing, digital marketing and campaign planning
- Hands-on exposure to design coordination and marketing materials development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
