What You'll Do
- Build and manage strong relationships with solar installers and channel partners across Australia.
- Promote and sell the company's solar product portfolio - inverters, batteries, and solar accessories.
- Identify new business opportunities and support partners in achieving sales growth targets.
- Provide product training, demonstrations, and ongoing technical support to partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and technical) to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Criteria
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing field preferably in solar sales, renewable energy distribution, or related B2B environment.
- Proven track record in content creation, digital marketing, graphic designing, and marketing strategy.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using Canva and Adobe Photoshop as well as managing social media platforms.
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for sustainability and clean energy innovation.
Work setup
- Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley City) / Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am3 pm local time) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 3-6 months onsite probation.
