Marketing Specialist

About the role

Dahua Malaysia is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting both digital and offline marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, content creation, app and website management, and store branding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Digital Marketing (50%)

Develop creative concepts, including campaign ideation and scripting.

Plan, manage, and execute monthly social media content calendars.

Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Tik Tok) to drive awareness and conversions.

Monitor digital performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.

2. Store Branding (20%)

Manage POSM implementation in offline stores.

Ensure brand consistency across store branding and displays.

Conduct store checks to evaluate branding effectiveness.

3. Marketing Materials & Collaterals (15%)

Coordinate production of promotional materials (brochures, POSM, etc.).

Manage inventory of marketing collaterals to ensure timely distribution.

Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

4. APP Management (15%)

Manage and update app content to ensure latest campaigns, promotions, and features are reflected.

Manage customer prize redemption processes.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field

2. Candidats with 2 4 years of experience are welcomed to apply.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin), with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.

4. Creativity and innovative thinking to develop unique and effective marketing campaigns

5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
