Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Plan, create, publish, share and manage new content through visual and copywriting for social media platforms, newsletters, websites, Electronic Direct Mail (EDM), collaterals, advertisements, case studies and any required marketing tools.
  • Monitor activity on social media platforms, communicate with social media followers.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating company website, logins details, contact lists and other platforms.
  • Assist in planning and executing exhibitions in-line with the Company's marketing objectives and positioning.
  • Provide input into overall exhibitions strategy, planning and delivery process.
  • Liaise and work closely with external parties (organisers, contractors, suppliers, etc) and internal departments (sales, sample, logistics, etc) to ensure successful execution of exhibitions.
  • Collaborate within internal department in preparing budgets, monitoring expenses and updating project listing.
  • Provide support on marketing requests from group companies, managements or partners.

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, communications or related field.
  • At least 2- 3 years of proven experience in marketing communications, exhibitions, advertising, or marketing agency B2B and manufacturing experience desirable.
  • Excellent content writing skills especially in English language (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of marketing best practices and have creative flair with eye for detail.
  • Must have thorough understanding of exhibition planning, social media management, Mail Chimp and strategy.
