Job Description

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating with other marketing and sales professionals to implement innovative campaigns for branding or product launches. The duties include researching target audiences, recording data from campaign results to add to future reports and overseeing a company's social media channels to ensure brand uniformity.

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure all activities are in compliance with the International Management System Standards, i.e. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

- To fully use the PPE supplied by the management.

- To maintain an adequate standard of (5S) housekeeping in the workplace.

- To support the company's sales and marketing activities (local and overseas).

- Design Visual for various social media platform & other marketing collaterals.

- Plan and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.

- To support video shooting & editing within organization.

- To support website information updates & monitoring Search Engine Optimization (SEO) performances.

- To support social media content creations & marketing communication activities.

- To propose continuous initiatives that derived from various digital performances.

- To suggest and propose improvements for the sales and marketing team, as well as to assist the sales team in meeting the target.

- Handle product writing for e-marketing promotion and share market new/potential developments with management.

- Develop and maintain marketing channels and materials.

- To collect and compile market data for analysis of current and future directions.

- Compile and distribute statistical information.

- (Marketing Specialist) is responsible for overseeing all activities within a team, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management/Superior with full accountability and responsibility from time to time.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mass Communication, Marketing or any other related field.

- Minimum one year of proven work experience as digital marketing or graphic designer.

- Minimum one year of proven work experience in using Adobe Creative Suite (Including Photoshop, Illustrator or Auto CAD)

- Possess knowledge and In-depth understanding of design principles such as Layout, Typography and etc.

- Must be able to read & write in Chinese.
