Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with marketing leadership and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Execution & Coordination: Lead and manage the day-to-day execution of marketing projects, which may include product launches, campaign rollouts, content creation, etc
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact, coordinating efforts between internal teams (e.g., creative, content, product, sales) and external partners (e.g., agencies, freelancers).
Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media advertising (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), search engine marketing (SEM/PPC), and display advertising
Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and dashboards to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for optimization.
Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement best practices to enhance efficiency in managing marketing campaigns
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Has a basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance tracking tools, data analysis, and reporting
Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
