About the role

As the MarTech Manager, you will be part of a fast-growing team working on global and local accounts, working with the Performance Marketing, UI/UX, Development and Lifecycle Marketing teams.

You are a tech-savvy professional who demonstrates logical and binary thinking. You have the ability to translate marketing technology requirements into a clear implementation roadmap. You have a strong technical background with an understanding of how APIs work and how data flows.

You will work with clients directly, being responsible for identifying business requirements, advising on marketing technology strategies, defining implementation roadmaps and executing the set up and integration of marketing technology tools.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate the appropriate CRM tools, tracking & analytic tools based on client's requirements.
  • Identify and create the technical implementation plan, data points, tools and user acceptance criteria required.
  • Implement end-to-end marketing technology strategies by connecting JSON APIs with various tools such as HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Segment.com or equivalent.
  • Define CRM & marketing automation workstreams and SOPs with the CPO.
  • Collaborate with Digital Strategy, Lifecycle Marketing and Performance marketing to develop automated reports / dashboards that align with campaign objectives to optimize results.
  • Undergo training and certification in the selected tools to further expand knowledge and expertise.

To be successful, you will have:

  • at least 5+ years of proven experience in strategizing and implementing marketing technology tools and platforms.
  • Solid experience in using CRM tools, marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze, MoEngage and / or equivalent
  • Solid experience in using tracking & analytic tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Segment.com, CMP, Attribution and / or equivalent
  • Proficient in databases, SQL and / or JavaScript is added advantage.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute brilliantly on complex projects.
