Materials Controller

1.Project Delivery Order (DO), Delivery Return (DR) & other related documents preparation.

2.Responsible for project scope, schedule, cost, and delivery quality to ensure materials are received/delivered in full, cost effective, accurate and on time orders. Responsible for all materials quality and quantity issue and to improve quality performance at site.

3.Arrange material transfer between regional warehouses to meet production schedules.

4.Generate detailed and accurate reports and trackers to support material analysis and to prevent any discrepancies. Accurately operate and update data into company system.

5.Actively coordinate with the relevant roles of the project team and advance the project implementation progress as planned.

6.Knowledge of company materials and systems.

7.Responsible for project compliance operations to ensure project delivery complies with the company's relevant management systems and regulations.

8.Ultimate goal is to ensure all inventory management are met according to company project direction.
