The Role
Drive prescription growth across GP clinics and private hospitals in Klang Valley.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts
- Execute structured calls with GPs, specialists, and hospital pharmacists
- Build and prioritise a high-quality target list of clinics and private hospitals
- Deliver clinical detailing aligned to brand positioning
- Drive formulary listing and protocol inclusion in private hospitals
- Manage channel partners; monitor stock movement and pharmacy availability
- Submit accurate weekly call reports, sales forecasts, and competitive intelligence
- Represent ATB at CMEs, roundtables, and medical conferences
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Degree holders only)
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience; cardiovascular or chronic disease portfolio preferred
- Proven track record of meeting targets in GP and private hospital settings
- Existing customer network in Klang Valley is a strong advantage
- Strong clinical communication skills; confident engaging specialists
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable in a lean, high-accountability environment
- Valid driving license and own transport
