Your new role
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Sales Manager to lead our
ethical product portfolio in the
central region. This role will
manage a team of 5 sales representatives and oversee
hospital channels (both private and government). The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving growth, strengthening relationships with healthcare providers, and positioning our company as a leader in both generics and innovators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of five sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for ethical products across hospital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in private and government hospitals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of hospital sales dynamics and ethical product channels.
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
