A global pharmaceutical company is looking for their next Sales Manager to join their team.

Your new role

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our ethical product portfolio in the central region. This role will manage a team of 5 sales representatives and oversee hospital channels (both private and government). The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving growth, strengthening relationships with healthcare providers, and positioning our company as a leader in both generics and innovators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of five sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for ethical products across hospital channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in private and government hospitals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and business initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital sales dynamics and ethical product channels.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
