Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Specialist located in Puchong. The Mortgage Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of mortgage customers by promoting and marketing mortgage products and services. Daily responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, analyzing customer needs, recommending suitable mortgage solutions, and meeting set sales targets. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing regular updates on product options and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing and familiarity with Mortgage Lending practices
- In-depth knowledge of Mortgages and related financial products
- Strong skills in Finance and financial analysis
- Excellent Customer Service and relationship-building abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Results-oriented mindset with good communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is an advantage
- At least 1 year sales experience in sales / mortgage lending
