Hiring: MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, and .NET technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Dynamics CRM development tasks within defined timelines.
- Prepare technical designs and development documentation.
- Perform unit testing and support UAT.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects.
- Support user training and post-implementation activities.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Participate in full lifecycle Dynamics CRM implementations and deployments.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Excellent knowledge of CRM entities, workflows, configuration and customization.
- Strong experience with Plugins, Custom Workflows, JavaScript and Web Resources.
- Experience developing CRM integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with Custom Pages, Canvas Apps and Power Pages.
- Strong knowledge of .NET / C#.
- Good knowledge of SQL Server and SSRS.
- Functional knowledge of Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation and Service Management.
- Experience with full lifecycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
- Experience managing solutions and deployments across different environments.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with Jira / Azure Boards / TFS / Git.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Azure DevOps experience.
- Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
- Ability to prepare high-quality functional and technical documentation.
