Senior Network & Telephony Engineer to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure and telephony services across regional operations.

The role covers incident resolution, troubleshooting, change management, and continuous improvement across LAN/WAN, wireless, voice, and collaboration platforms.

Key Requirements 5-8 years of experience in network and/or telephony support operations (senior-level adjustment from base JD) Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing & Switching, VPN, and firewall technologies Experience with Cisco CUCM, Microsoft Teams Telephony, Amazon Connect, and/or Avaya/Genesys platforms Familiarity with SIP, PRI, VoIP, and network monitoring tools

Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow ITIL Foundation, CCNP, or equivalent certifications preferred

Experience in regional, shared services, or managed services environments is an advantage
