Network Engineer

JOB TYPE:

12 Months Renewable contract

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure and telephony services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and telephony incidents.
• Perform change management activities for network and voice environments.
• Monitor and optimize LAN/WAN, wireless, voice, and collaboration platforms.
• Ensure service availability and continuous improvement of network operations.
• Work closely with regional and cross-functional teams to support business operations

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Network and/or Telephony Support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing & Switching, VPN, and Firewall technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM, Microsoft Teams Telephony, Amazon Connect, and/or Avaya/Genesys platforms.
• Good understanding of SIP, PRI, VoIP, and network monitoring tools.
• Experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• ITIL Foundation, CCNP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience in regional, shared services, or managed services environments is an advantage
