The Job:
Leading a team of 5 direct/indirect reports, the O2C Team Lead is responsible for the entire OTC processes and department functions within the SSC, ensuring its quality and effectiveness. He / She secures the company assets through applying tight controls in the financial transactions, while providing accurate and timely financial information / reports.
As the O2C Team Lead, you will support and drive process improvement initiatives within and outside the organization resulting in productivity improvements in all areas impacted.
The successful candidate is accountable for team's performance in delivering a high level of service experience to its stakeholders.
Who you are:
What qualifications make you our ideal Finance Team Leader (General Reporting)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance or equivalent.
- At least 8-10 years working experience in accounting related work, with minimum 3 years of experience in managing people.
- Experience in a shared service environment
- Possess analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple/conflicting priorities with a strong track record of delivery against tight deadlines
- A meticulous and organized person with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy
- Familiar with computer applications, especially MS Excel, ERP or relevant financial software.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
