  • Prepare Rental Fleet Report and Order Book
  • Prepare Fixed Asset Transfer to ensure accurate branch depreciation and revenue branch
  • Prepare Memo Additional Rental Assets from New Machine to Rental Department
  • Monitor Rental Agreement, initiate renewal notice, stamp agreements, and handle rental contract closure in AX System
  • Review and update rental roll-in stock transfer in CI & RI Sales Department.
  • Arrange internal stock transfer among branches and head office
  • Handle delivery process and liaise with Logistic department
  • Cross-check Auto batch listing with Branches for pre- and post- confirmation ensuring accuracy and correctness.
  • Responsible for invoicing process end-to-end including both Auto-Batch and manual invoicing
  • Liaise with Logistic department to ensure that all damage to rental equipment are charged accordingly to the relevant parties
  • Calculate overtime charges for each equipment for additional rental revenue
  • Assist in purchase requisition and purchase order preparation for insurance equipment.
  • Assist with warranty enrollment
  • Liaise with Lockton for Insurance coverage of rental equipment
  • Assist FYE audit by providing data, documentation, and information to auditors in a timely and organized manner
  • Responsible for stock accounting of all Rent-to-rent, CAT Rental Store equipment and related attachments
  • Compliance to ESH/5S requirement.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma Education in relevant courses such as Business & Administration
  • Minimum 1 year experience in administrative duties
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel & Words) is required
  • Knowledge for Microsoft AX system will be additional advantage
